Tina Lynn Neeley Bennett, 65, of Booneville, Kentucky passed away October 19, 2025 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky following a long illness.

Tina was born July 24, 1960 in Oneida, Kentucky.  She was the daughter of the late Jerry Lazerath Neeley and Mildred Lee Campbell.

Tina is survived by her children Mr. Harold "Candace" Sebastian of Booneville, Kentucky, Mr. Shon Sebastian of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Ms. Cassie Hudson of Booneville, Kentucky, Mr. Jerry Bennett of Beattyville, Kentucky and Miss Chanda Hall of Beattyville, Kentucky.  Three sisters Mrs. Martha Rita Abner of Booneville, Kentucky, Ms. Theresa Smith of Booneville, Kentucky, Mrs. EddWynda "Wyndy" (Jamie) Mullannix of Georgetown, Kentucky, three brothers Mr. James E. Smith of Ashland, Kentucky, Mr. Troy Lee "Cindy" Smith of Beattyville, Kentucky, Mr. Tony "Julie" Smith of Booneville, Kentucky, her grandchildren Sidney, Trenton, Cayden, Cheylbie, Chaya, Hayden, Braxton, Grayson, Conner and Delilah.  Serveral nieces, nephews, family and friends and a special friend Mrs. DeEtta Thomas of Booneville, Kentucky.

She is preceded in death by her parents Jerry Lazerath Neeley and Mildred Lee Campbell and two sisters Pat Neeley and Angela Smith Phillips.

Memorial service will be Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 12:00 noon Campbell Cemetery with Brother Timothy Cater and Brother Adam Stall officiating.  Burial will follow at the Campbell Cemetery, Milltown, Kentucky.
