Regina Lee Roberts Smith, age 55, of Prestonsburg, KY passed away on April 1, 2026, at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. Born on November 23, 1970, in Irvine, KY, she was the beloved daughter of Ronald Roberts and Lucy Mae Bell Martin. Regina was a dedicated homemaker who cherished her family deeply.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Candace Smith of Prestonsburg, KY, and her son, Axl Smith of Alexandria, KY. Regina was a proud grandmother to three grandsons, including her special grandson Treston Bowling, as well as Atlas Smith and Bradly Wells. She is also survived by her father, Ronald Roberts of Booneville, KY, her mother and stepfather, Lucy Mae "Gene" Martin of Booneville, KY. Regina leaves behind two sisters, Melissa 'John' Brumelle and Deana 'Gary' McIntosh, both residing in Booneville, KY.

Regina was preceded in death by her husband, Irvine 'Brow' Smith, her brother Steven Roberts, and her grandparents Rufford and Louise Roberts, and Clifford and Elizabeth Bell.

A graveside service will be held at a later date to honor Regina's memory.
