Holly Ann McIntosh, 45, of Booneville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Holly was born April 9, 1981 in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Larry McIntosh and Etta Bishop.

Holly is survived by her sons, Mr. Michael Paul Bennett of Oneida, Kentucky, Mr. Ricky Dean Bennett of Richmond, Kentucky, Mr. Dustin Wayne Bennett of Booneville, Kentucky, Mr. Thomas Combs of Beattyville, Kentucky; one daughter, Mrs. Cheyenne Baskin of Nashville, Tennessee; nine grandchildren, Aaliyah, Calder, Easton, Serenity, Nevaeh, Kyrian, Amira, Amberleigh, Penelope; three sisters, Ms. Brooklyn McIntosh of Jackson, Kentucky, Ms. Erica Dowell of Newport, Kentucky, Mrs. Sierra Gilbert; one brother, Mr. Jason Roberts of Booneville, Kentucky and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Larry McIntosh and Etta Bishop and two brothers, Frank Roberts and Anthony Roberts.

Visitation will be Monday, July 20, 2026 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Searcy and Strong Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday, July 20, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Searcy and Strong Funeral Home with Brother David Combs officiating.  Burial will follow at the Bishop Cemetery, Buffalo, Kentucky.
